My Classifieds aims to provide reasonable accessibility, privacy and transparency to users, including users with disabilities.

We seek to:

• support keyboard navigation and visible focus;

• use semantic headings, form labels and descriptive links;

• provide sufficient contrast and scalable text;

• provide text alternatives for meaningful images;

• avoid colour-only instructions and unnecessary motion;

• present errors in clear language;

• make legal pages readable in English and Marathi;

• preserve access to grievance and account-deletion mechanisms; and

• test essential mobile flows with assistive technology where reasonably practicable.
