Is posting free?
A Free option is available. Paid and Premium options provide additional visibility according to the current pricing and plan terms.
When will my advertisement appear?
Advertisements appear only after moderation. Review time may vary depending on the details supplied and whether corrections are required.
Why was my advertisement returned or rejected?
Common reasons include incomplete details, a wrong category, duplicate content, prohibited items, misleading claims or non-compliance with the Listing Rules.
Does a paid advertisement guarantee enquiries or a sale?
No. Paid placement can improve visibility, but My Classifieds does not guarantee enquiries, employment, a transaction or any particular outcome.
How do I report an advertisement?
Use the Report option on the advertisement and select the most appropriate reason. Provide only information relevant to the report.
Does My Classifieds participate in payments or transactions?
Unless expressly stated for a specific platform fee, My Classifieds does not collect or supervise payments between advertisers and interested users. Verify transaction terms independently.
