व्यावसायिक जाहिरातदारांच्या अतिरिक्त अटी

व्यवसाय/trade मध्ये जाहिरात करणाऱ्याला, चुकीने “Private” निवडले तरी, या अटी लागू आहेत.

Legal/trade name, entity type, principal address, authorised contact, customer-care/grievance details, लागू GSTIN व category licences/registrations द्यावेत व अद्ययावत ठेवावेत.

Goods/services, advertisement व consumer dealing साठी Business Advertiser स्वतः जबाबदार आहे. Consumer Protection Act, E-Commerce Rules, Legal Metrology, tax/invoice, misleading advertisement, dark patterns व category law पाळणे आवश्यक आहे.

Price, performance, comparison, discount, scarcity, stock, origin, warranty, testimonial, certification, licence, delivery व result claims साठी supporting evidence ठेवावा आणि consumer commit करण्यापूर्वी material terms द्यावेत.

My Classifieds सामान्यतः enquiry facilitate करते; Business Advertiser च्या goods/services साठी delivery, invoice, warranty, return/refund, product safety, tax व after-sales ची जबाबदारी त्या जाहिरातदाराची आहे.

Enquiry data expected response/transaction पुरता वापरावा; unrelated marketing साठी स्वतंत्र consent घ्यावी; access secure ठेवून अनावश्यक data delete करावा.

Paid listing ला Refund Policy लागू. Charges advertising services साठी आहेत, result वर अवलंबून नाहीत.

कायद्याने अनुमत मर्यादेत, स्वतःच्या content, goods/services, transaction, licence, tax, privacy किंवा breach मधून येणाऱ्या third-party claims/penalties/reasonable cost बद्दल, कंपनीमुळे झालेला भाग वगळून, Business Advertiser indemnify करेल.

प्रथम Grievance Policy वापरावी. B2B dispute स्वेच्छेने mediation कडे नेता येईल. स्वतंत्रपणे स्वीकारलेल्या written commercial agreement शिवाय arbitration लागू नाही; consumer/regulator jurisdiction कमी होत नाही.
