1. हक्कांचा आदर

स्वतःच्या मालकीची किंवा अधिकृतपणे वापरता येणारी trade mark, photograph, मजकूर व सामग्रीच द्यावी. उल्लंघन करणारी सामग्री काढून repeat infringer चे खाते मर्यादित केले जाऊ शकते.

2. तक्रार

/contact किंवा connect@myclassifieds.in वर:

• claimant चे नाव, पत्ता, ईमेल, फोन;

• copyright/trade mark/इतर हक्काची ओळख व लागू registration;

• exact ad URL/ID व complained material;

• infringement explanation;

• ownership/authority proof;

• unauthorised use असल्याचा good-faith statement;

• माहिती अचूक असल्याचे statement;

• कायदेशीर मर्यादेत notice affected user ला share करण्याची consent; व

• physical/electronic signature द्यावी.

Agent ने authority जोडावी.

3. कारवाई

Clarification मागविणे, evidence preserve करणे, prima facie infringing content disable करणे, affected user ला notify करणे व लागू कायदा/timelines नुसार निर्णय होईल. Listed item च्या title/ownership चा गुंतागुंतीचा वाद court/competent authority कडे जाऊ शकतो.

4. उत्तर/Counter-notice

Affected user identity/contact, decision/ad reference, ownership/licence/permission/fair dealing proof, good-faith/accuracy statement व legal process consent सह उत्तर देऊ शकतो. Complaint withdrawn/unsubstantiated किंवा law permits असल्यास, court order नसल्यास restoration होऊ शकते.

5. Repeat infringement व misuse

Repeated substantiated breach मध्ये warning, upload restriction, suspension किंवा termination होऊ शकते. False/abusive notice किंवा counter-notice कायदेशीर दायित्व व account restriction ला कारण ठरू शकते.
