लिस्टिंग नियम व प्रतिबंधित/नियंत्रित जाहिरात धोरण

हे नियम प्रत्येक जाहिरात, शीर्षक, वर्णन, प्रतिमा, लिंक, किंमत, स्थान, संदेश व profile ला लागू आहेत.

1. मूलभूत अटी

जाहिरात कायदेशीर, अचूक, अद्ययावत, योग्य वर्गातील व प्रौढ मालक/अधिकृत व्यक्तीकडून असावी. जाहिरातदाराची भूमिका; खरी किंमत व अपरिहार्य शुल्क; महत्त्वाचे दोष/अटी; वैयक्तिक की व्यावसायिक स्वरूप; आवश्यक licence/registration; आणि materially AI/synthetic media असल्यास त्याची घोषणा स्पष्ट असावी.

सशुल्क योजना या नियमांपासून सूट देत नाही.

2. माहिती तंत्रज्ञान नियमांनुसार निषिद्ध सामग्री

खालील सामग्री host/display/upload/publish/transmit/store/update/share करू नये:

• दुसऱ्याची असून वापराचा अधिकार नसलेली;

• अश्लील, pornographic, paedophilic, sexually explicit, बदनामीकारक, privacy भंग करणारी, gender harassment, जातीय/वंशीय आक्षेपार्ह किंवा money laundering/gambling प्रोत्साहन देणारी;

• मुलाला हानी/शोषण करणारी;

• patent, trade mark, copyright, privacy किंवा proprietary right भंग करणारी;

• उगमाबाबत फसवणारी, impersonation करणारी किंवा जाणूनबुजून खोटी माहिती तथ्य म्हणून मांडणारी;

• भारताची सार्वभौमता/अखंडता, राज्य सुरक्षा, परदेशी मैत्री किंवा public order धोक्यात आणणारी; cognisable offence ला चिथावणी/तपासात अडथळा आणणारी; किंवा कायद्याने निषिद्ध प्रकारे इतर राष्ट्राचा अपमान करणारी;

• malware/virus/हानिकारक code असलेली;

• impermissible online game किंवा prohibited surrogate advertisement; किंवा

• कोणत्याही कायद्याचे उल्लंघन करणारी.

3. निषिद्ध वस्तू, सेवा व योजना

चोरीचा, तस्करीचा, नकली, pirated माल; NDPS पदार्थ; शस्त्रे, दारुगोळा, स्फोटके; tobacco/nicotine/e-cigarette/vape; परवान्याविना मद्य (launch default—निषिद्ध); pornography, sexual services, trafficking, organ trade; child sexual abuse material; प्रतिबंधित wildlife/ivory/जीवित प्राणी विक्री (launch default—निषिद्ध); बनावट certificate/degree/licence/ID/SIM/bank account; Aadhaar/PAN database, hacked data, password/OTP; malware/phishing/hacking service; betting/gambling/lottery; Ponzi/pyramid/money-circulation; unregulated loan/investment/forex/crypto/insurance; prescription drugs/miracle cure; illegal recruitment/child labour/bonded labour; exam cheating/forged documents; हिंसा/धमकी/गुन्हेगारी सेवा; prohibited chemicals/hazardous waste; स्वतंत्र compliant प्रक्रिया नसलेली political/election advertising; आणि कंपनीने बेकायदेशीर/अस्वीकार्य safety risk ठरविलेली बाब निषिद्ध आहे.

4. दिशाभूल करणाऱ्या पद्धती

Bait price, hidden mandatory charge, false “free”, fake scarcity/urgency/countdown, actual item म्हणून stock/edited image, fake review/testimonial/certification, guaranteed income/job/loan/cure/sale, unavailable teaser price, keyword spam/duplicate ads, खोटा “My Classifieds verified” दावा किंवा moderation टाळणारे contact instruction निषिद्ध आहेत.

5. वैयक्तिक माहिती

सार्वजनिक मजकूर/प्रतिमेत Aadhaar, PAN, passport, driving licence/voter number; bank/card/UPI PIN/OTP/password; पूर्ण ओळखपत्र/स्वाक्षरी; दुसऱ्याचा पत्ता/नंबर/photo/private message; किंवा मुलाची ओळख देऊ नये.

6. Real Estate व To Rent/Let

भूमिका निवडावी: owner, authorised representative, broker/agent, promoter/developer, landlord किंवा authorised sublessor.

महाराष्ट्रातील promoter/project जाहिरातीस:

• वैध MahaRERA project number किंवा समर्थित कायदेशीर exemption;

• MahaRERA website address;

• prescribed project QR code;

• promoter/project ची अचूक ओळख; आणि

• जाहिरातीत registration number, website व QR code साठी लागू size, visibility, colour व top-right placement आवश्यक आहे.

Broker/agent ने वैध MahaRERA agent registration number द्यावा व कायद्यानुसार नमूद करावा.

Resale/rental ad मध्ये भूमिका, property type/locality, किंमत/rent/deposit/maintenance, उपलब्धता व material restrictions स्पष्ट असावेत. पुरावा नसताना clear title, sanctioned construction, exact area, parking किंवा commercial use चा दावा करू नये. बेकायदेशीर discriminatory occupancy condition मान्य नाही.

My Classifieds title, encumbrance, permission, possession, area, tenancy, litigation किंवा RERA status पडताळत नाही.

7. Jobs

Genuine employer/recruiter, role, location, eligibility, compensation basis व कोणते शुल्क आहे का ते स्पष्ट असावे. Supposed job साठी deposit/security/training/equipment/recruitment fee; MLM/franchise/investment ला job म्हणून दाखविणे; guaranteed selection/visa/income; public Aadhaar/bank data; child/bonded labour; illegal discrimination; किंवा आवश्यक परवानगीविना overseas recruitment निषिद्ध आहे.

8. Vehicles

मालक किंवा लिखित अधिकार असावा. Type, registration year, condition, odometer representation, major accident/flood, hypothecation/finance, insurance/PUC व dealer status स्पष्ट करावे. Full RC/chassis/engine/ID सार्वजनिक करू नये. Tampered odometer, cloned/stolen vehicle, prohibited modification व खोटा “single owner/accident-free” दावा मनाई आहे.

9. Electronics

New/used/refurbished, brand/model, defects, warranty, accessories व dealer status द्यावे. पूर्ण IMEI/serial number सार्वजनिक करू नये. Stolen, locked, blacklisted, counterfeit किंवा illegally activated device निषिद्ध आहे.

10. Agriculture Equipment

Ownership/authority, make/model, वय, working condition, defect, finance/hypothecation व safety स्पष्ट करावी. Independent approved licence-verification category नसल्यास pesticide, seed, fertiliser, chemical, veterinary/medical products निषिद्ध आहेत.

11. Local व professional services

Provider/business name, service area, fees/basis, exclusions व licence नमूद करावे. नियमनाधीन व्यावसायिकांनी conduct/advertising rules पाळावेत. Advocate listing अनुमत असल्यास Bar Council of India Rules मधील Rule 36 सुसंगत factual directory माहितीपुरती; solicitation, guarantee, superiority comparison किंवा improper testimonial नसावी.

Food, medical, financial, education, travel, security व transport सेवांस आवश्यक registration आवश्यक आहे.

12. Business advertiser व AI media

व्यवसायात नियमित जाहिरात करणाऱ्याने “Business Advertiser” निवडून policy मधील माहिती द्यावी. Business ला private दाखविणे निषिद्ध आहे.

मीडिया upload सक्रिय असल्यास synthetic declaration सत्य असावी. Non-misleading crop/compression/colour correction हे material synthetic नाही. वास्तवासारखी materially generated/altered सामग्री label करावी. फसवे बदल, false document, impersonation आणि label/provenance removal निषिद्ध आहे.

13. अंमलबजावणी व report

कंपनी पुरावा मागवू, ad hold/reject/label/restrict/remove/preserve करू, warning/suspension/termination करू, promotion नाकारू, mandatory offence report करू व lawful order पाळू शकते. गंभीर/repeated breach कायम restriction ला कारण ठरू शकतो.

“Report Ad” किंवा `/legal/grievance` वापरून URL/ad ID, कारण व पुरावा द्यावा. Private imagery, impersonation, child safety व credible threat तातडीचे म्हणून निवडावे.
